  • Indigestion and constipation
  • Foot problems such plantar fasciitis

Aromatherapy Massage

Aromatherapy has been practised for many centuries and essential oils were founded in France. Aromatherapy may be applied in different ways, such as inhalation, bathes, massage, poultices, natural facial creams and soaps. It's very essence is beneficial for body, mind and spirit. Aromatherapy may be helpful for certain conditions listed below:

  • Stress and tension
  • Headache
  • Nervousness
  • Sore muscles
  • Sinus congestion

General Relaxation Auricular Candling

Auricular candling has been practised for many years. The Hopi Candles used were derived from the North American Tribe ( Hopi's),.this peaceful tribe still exists.

The method used in Auricular (ear) Candling is to help in clearing the ear canal by the vacuum effect of the candles draw. This may withdraw debris, wax plugs and assist in opening up the Eustachian tubes when blocked do to a cold or narrowing.

Auricular candling may help certain conditions listed below:

  • Blocked feeling do to water re-tension
  • Ear wax build up
  • Itchy ears
  • Sinus congestion, poor drainage
  • Cold aching ears

Auricular Candling may not be done if one has an apparent ear infection.

Hot Stone Massage

Hot stone massage has been practised for many years both by the Native American Indians and by the Japanese. This ancient ritual is a wonderful natural therapy totally relaxing and soothing both body and mind. Natural mango butter and many various sized warmed stones are applied to the body in a massage fashion. This is so relaxing most people just fall asleep.

Hot Stone Facial

Hot stones and mango butter are applied to the hands, arms, back of neck and face.

As well as a stone massage to these areas natural facial products are applied first a face mask made specifically to suite your skin type, mature, oily, dry or normal. A herbal infusion facial wash to rinse, toning with a rose water, facial massage with natural facial cream. Your face will look refreshed and radiant.
