When you check in (the main reception desk is at the fountain entrance) upon arrival you will be provided with beach towels. If lost a cost of $25.00 U.S. for each towel will be added to your bill. Exchange these towels for clean ones after each use at the reception desk. No need to have damp towels hanging around. Daily maid service and utility charges of $17.00 U.S. per day are charged to you at the end of your stay (along with any water/ice/laundry charges). Laundry services are available - ask at reception (this is not a dry cleaning service and not recommended for vine washables). The Condo is equipped with dishes, pots and pans and cutlery. You are encouraged to use whatever you need and to make sure everything is properly washed and put back where it belongs. The maid service does not include dish washing. We also ask that you clean out the refrigerator when leaving. There are garbage cans on each floor that are emptied daily - please feel free to use them.

The condo water is treated - however, for your convenience purified ice and bottled water are available for purchase at the front desk (in building 5).

We have supplied beach mats for you to enjoy (stored in bedroom closet) - you can pick up a portable umbrella at reception at no cost (for use at the beach). Early birds gets the worms. The Condominium is not affiliated with the hotel. Therefore a fee of around 80 pesos is charged for their beach umbrellas. You may required pre-approved credit at the Hotel reception for this service - please inquire. Everyone will enjoy our wonderful pool, for exercise, reading or just plain relaxing. The Jacuzzi is a wonderful way to unwind - let them know if it gets too hot! There is an exercise room in building seven on the first floor. You can get the key at reception and use the bikes or the treadmill, there are also some weights and an exercise mat. The entrance room on this floor can be used for playing cards, reading and relaxing also.

Please wear slippers in the condo as sand and dirt have a very detrimental effect on the marble floors. Water pressure is a concern in Puerta Vallarta so please limit the amount of paper you put into the toilets.

Check-out time at the condo is 12:00 Noon. At this time any charges you have incurred i.e. water, ice, laundry, telephone charges along with the maid service charges will be itemized. You can pay this bill in American dollars or pesos. You may also use your credit card, but be advised that the condo adds a 6% surcharge for this method of payment. If you have an evening departure, arrange with reception to watch your bags and arrange your transportation to the Airport at the time you require. Than relax by the pool or at the restaurant till you have to leave. You should be at the airport a couple of hours before your departure time.

To book your desired weeks a 25% down payment is required - with payment in full due two weeks prior to your departure date. AirTransat and Canada 3000 operate charter flights out of Pearson International in Toronto. Mexicana Air via Mexico City is our choice for longer visits.
